Elaine Taylor-Klaus is a parenting coach, educator and speaker, and a voice for parents of children with complex needs.
Elaine writes extensively for parents on the benefits of using a “Coach-Approach” to manage their children’s challenges more effectively, and to teach their children to manage themselves. Elaine is the co-founder of ImpactADHD.com, which supports parents and professionals in more than 130 countries with a global resource for managing children with complex needs, such as Learning Disabilities, ADHD, Anxiety, Asperger’s, etc. Elaine is also a columnist for the Huffington Post, and a contributor to many publications, including a Special Needs Expert on KidsInTheHouse.com, a collection of videos from the best parenting experts around the world. She works as a consultant for the American Academy of Pediatrics as a member of a Quality Improvement initiative, and is contracted by BioMarin to provide training for parents of kids with PKU. Elaine serves on the national Board of Directors of CHADD (Children and Adults with ADHD), Chairing the national a Affiliate Development and Support Committee.
